Oh man… regular Rockstar is too much for me. I can do the Green-Apple Super Sour or the Cola any time, but Rockstar on its own is just straight-up battery acid to me.

Embarassing as it is to admit, up until VERY recently, just the preset guitars in Logic, tweaked.

Now I still use the basic instrument/samples but I run that through Guitar Rig.

NOS is effective but the flavor’s not great. I’d accept a NOS if I was handed one.

I’m also really down with Lo-Carb Monster, not for any dietary reasons, but because the flavor seems to be better for no discernable reason. (That and it once made my lap smell like bubblegum when it was spilled on me on a plane, once.)

Not yet, though a few people thought my attempt at just plain trap sounded eurobeat-y anyway.

So, after listening to that song you just made with FM8 and massive and that Trap song you attempted a long while back, I am curious, how is it different making different genres of music in logic? Is it more manipulation of the plugins, or does it even go beyond that?

It’s mostly the plugins and samples. Logic is just the means of doing the same things you would in any other DAW.
